Perhaps the best restaurant in Samoens is at The Lodge! For lunch, prepare and enjoy local produce served on the spacious south-facing balcony. The best view in the area
Wood burning stove
After a tough day on the slopes, relax back at The Lodge next to our toasty wood burning stove.
The Lodge at Samoens has to shower rooms and this specious bathroom, equipped with a walk-in shower and a bath.
Snug lounge and balcony views
The lounge has two large sofa’s and a chair, it has a TV with UK free-view, together with both Apple TV and Chromecast. There is also a blue-tooth sound bar so that you can easily play from Spotify of your own music channel.
Run by our good friend Cédric, L’Estanco is a brand new fresaurant for Samoens town which builds on the success of Lou Caboens up the mountain at Samoens 1600
Jaysina is our favourite bakery. Pop down for bread cakes and pastries. Breakfast and light lunches are also served in their cafe.
Run by our good friends Cedric and Winnie, Lou Caboëns is a perfect lunch spot. It is a cosy cabin, but when the sun shines it has the best balcony on the Samoens side of the mountain.
Situated just beneath the Grand Massif Express (GME) lift, it is easily accessible and the ideal place to meet up with any non-skiing friends. It is also perfect for an apres-ski meet and possibly a nice warming vin chaud before the last lift down to town.
Tiffanie is centrally located in Samoens, and together with Jaysina, is the most popular bakery in the town. Get down good and early to avoid queues, although the produce is certainly worth the wait.
Au Relais Septimontain
Our wonderful friends Patrick and Therese host this lovely homely restaurant. The menu is traditional Savoie and all the food is prepared on the premises.
